Kingsview Partners Announces Significant Growth Investment from FTV Capital
PR Newswire
CHICAGO and NEW YORK, Aug. 27, 2026
Partnership to accelerate advisor growth initiatives, investments in technology and operations, and expansion of Kingsview’s product and service offerings
CHICAGO and NEW YORK, Aug. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Kingsview Partners, an integrated wealth management platform and national independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) serving more than 15,000 households, today announced a significant growth investment from FTV Capital, a sector-focused growth equity firm with nearly three decades of experience investing in high-growth wealth and asset management businesses. The partnership will support Kingsview’s next phase of growth as the firm continues to expand its advisor base, broaden its technology and operations, and enhance its client experience across holistic financial planning, investment management, insurance and additional financial services.
Kingsview’s platform supports financial advisors entering the independent RIA channel, one of the wealth management industry’s fastest growing segments, as advisors seek greater autonomy and operational flexibility. With more than 100 leading advisors across 70 offices in 23 states, the company offers institutional-quality resources – including technology, compliance, operations and marketing – which empower advisors to grow their practices and provide their end clients with best-in-class service.
“We built Kingsview around a simple idea: give growth-minded advisors a real platform, and then surround them with the support they seek to enhance their client service offering and accelerate organic growth,” said Josh Lewis, founder and chief executive officer of Kingsview Partners. “FTV has a long track record of backing some of the most successful high-growth technology and services businesses across the wealth and asset management ecosystem, and they know what it takes to successfully scale organizations. The combination of growth capital and deep domain expertise in our industry is exactly what we were looking for in a partner to help us provide the best experience possible for Kingsview advisors and clients alike.”
Since its founding just over a decade ago, Kingsview has grown into a nationally recognized wealth management firm with more than $10 billion in assets under management and an average annual growth rate of over 35% per year for the last three years. The depth and breadth of Kingsview’s offering have driven strong advisor satisfaction and resulted in 97% average advisor retention over the same three-year period.
The transaction was led by Kyle Griswold, Mike Vostrizansky and Brandon Spierto from FTV, the three of whom will join Kingsview’s board of directors following the close. Kingsview will benefit from FTV’s Global Partner Network®, a strategic group of more than 600 executives from many of the world’s leading enterprises, and FTV Propel®, the firm’s in-house team of seasoned operators, to accelerate execution across product, go-to-market and organizational scaling.
“We have spent nearly three decades investing across wealth and asset management, and Kingsview’s track record of organic growth and advisor retention immediately signaled that the company was doing something different,” said Kyle Griswold, partner at FTV Capital. “As we spent more time with Josh and the team, we came to appreciate the strength of Kingsview’s underlying platform and advisor support capabilities fueling its organic growth engine. We are excited to partner with the Kingsview team to continue investing behind this strategy and preserve what makes the company a unique player in the rapidly growing independent RIA market.”
Mike Vostrizansky, partner at FTV Capital said: “We’ve been particularly impressed by Kingsview’s tailored, custom approach to advisor onboarding and client service resulting in best-in-class advisor recruitment and retention. Kingsview delivers a unique value proposition through sustained investments in advisor experience, infrastructure and a deep-rooted, culture-centric mentality. Having previously partnered with some of the fastest-growing technology and services businesses across wealth management, asset management and insurance, we look forward to supporting Kingsview as it continues to strengthen its platform and expand its capabilities.”
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The investment is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory filings. Kingsview’s management team will continue to lead the firm and retain significant ownership.
Kingsview was advised by Houlihan Lokey, Inc. who served as exclusive financial advisor and McDonald Hopkins LLC who served as legal counsel. Kirkland & Ellis, LLP acted as legal counsel to FTV.
