Parry Labs Names Scott DeVona CRO to Drive $100M-Proven Revenue Strategy

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 8, 2026
ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Parry Labs today named Scott DeVona Chief Revenue Officer. DeVona will lead revenue strategy and execution as demand accelerates for open, rapid interoperability at the tactical edge.
DeVona spent two decades building defense software businesses and winning software-centric programs for the U.S. combatant commands, the Services’ command posts, and vehicle-based C2 systems. He personally led multiple $100M captures and has secured contracts across the Army, the Air Force, the Office of the Secretary of Defense, DARPA, and with multiple allied nations.
He joins Parry from Research Innovations, Inc., where he ran a commercial software organization and converted mission software into licensed products carrying recurring revenue for U.S. and allied defense customers. He was responsible for the product line, the engineering organization that built it, the teams that sold it, and the profit and loss beneath all of it. He also rebuilt the forecasting and margin discipline underneath it.
DeVona began his career as a software engineer at Fort Monmouth, sitting in the Army program offices alongside the senior military leaders who shape requirements and make program decisions. He held progressively senior roles from there, advancing through technical program management into business development leadership, then into full profit and loss ownership. He has twice helped build a defense software company from an early team into an established provider, joining one as its seventh employee and the other as its first business development hire, where he built the corporate growth function from nothing and helped grow the company more than tenfold.
“Scott knows how to win programs, and he knows how to build a product business around the software that delivers them,” said Don Claussen, Chief Executive Officer of Parry Labs. “Other companies want to be the ecosystem. We enable the ecosystem to operate as one, and that is what this next phase requires.”
“Programs are being asked to connect the systems they have today with the autonomous systems arriving tomorrow, and to do it without being locked into any one vendor,” said Scott DeVona, chief revenue officer of Parry Labs. “That is the hardest problem in the room, and it is what Parry does. My focus is getting that capability into more programs, faster, so formations get more lethality out of the platforms, sensors, and networks they own now and will receive in the future.”
