Pressure Point Roofing (“PPR”), a Pacific Northwest roofing leader backed by Tambr Partners (“Tambr”) through its holding company Pacific Northwest Roofing Services, has acquired Evergreen Roofing of Oregon (“Evergreen”). Based in Eugene, Evergreen is a trusted leader in commercial and residential roofing, serving Oregon with comprehensive re-roofing, repair, and maintenance solutions since 1989. Evergreen will continue to operate under its own brand as part of the growing PPR platform.

Founded in 1989 by Eugene native Curtis Large, Evergreen has spent over three decades building its reputation on quality craftsmanship, integrity, and dependable service to become one of the largest full-scale roofing contractors in Oregon. This combination with PPR will create a formidable full-service roofing provider for all of Oregon, Southern Washington, and Northern California.
