Vouched, the leader in AI-powered identity assurance, announced two senior hires today. Claudia Gallardo joins as Vice President of Marketing, and Dustin J. Eaton joins as Vice President of Fraud Intelligence and Financial Crimes. Both arrive as Vouched scales the industry’s first platform to verify both consumers and the AI agents acting on their behalf.
Gallardo joins a company that now sells identity verification for people and for the agents acting on their behalf. She spent a decade marketing healthcare technology, most recently at Validic and earlier at Reveleer, Ciox Health, and Episource, and worked in digital identity earlier in her career at TeleSign. That combination matters most in healthcare, where Vouched is the recognized leader, and where identity assurance is a requirement rather than a nice-to-have, and it carries directly into how she’ll help scale Know Your Agent as it grows.
Healthcare, financial services, and agent traffic give Vouched a wide view of fraud, and that view is the vantage point Eaton’s role is built on. He brings close to 20 years in financial services risk, compliance, and fraud operations. He joins from Taktile and has led fraud and risk functions at Wells Fargo, Zelis, Farmers Insurance, among others, covering transaction monitoring, synthetic identity, account takeover, KYC and KYB, sanctions, and disputes. He serves as external faculty at ACAMS, where he trains financial crime and fraud professionals and helped build the curriculum for its Certified Anti-Fraud Specialist certification program. His remit at Vouched covers fraud wherever Vouched verifies: patient, provider, and prescription fraud in healthcare, synthetic identity and account takeover in financial services, and bad actors using AI agents to bypass fraud controls at scale. Eaton will feed what he sees in the field back into Vouched’s fraud models and customer guidance.
